Welcome to the must subsection of modal verbs where you can find 81 Must worksheets to help your students learn the proper uses of this word. Here are two examples of worksheets from this section that you might want to use in class. The first worksheet has students practice forming positive and negative sentences with must by looking at some common signs such as the no smoking sign. The second includes the directions and materials for a game that focuses just on must not sentences. Students will get a lot of speaking practice but because it is a group activity where monitoring might be challenging, make sure that students have a good understanding of the material first. This will also give them the confidence they need to play the game well and have fun. These worksheets are both for pre-intermediate learners. They might not be suitable for your class though so be sure to take a look at the other available worksheets as well.
