Here is an example of the types of worksheets you can find on this part of the site. The worksheet lays out the rules for when to use articles and when articles are not needed. You can use this to help you structure your lesson plan and explain the uses of articles to your students. There is a short practice activity but not for practicing zero articles so you will have to create your own practice activity or consider using another worksheet from this section. Just look around to see what is available. Once your students have learned definite, indefinite, and zero articles, be sure to do some mixed article practice activities to check that students clearly understand how to use each type of article correctly.
