Using this pack students can revise Past Simple, parts of speech, travelling and holiday vocabulary avoiding ‘How I spent this summer’ compositions. This pack contains two sets. 1. Our Last Summer Listening Activity (based on a song ‘Our Last Summer’ by ABBA) 2. Package Tour Project (including vocabulary work, video, reading activities). As a result students should create a travel agency and make and present a package tour. Aim: revise reading, speaking, listening and writing skills; create and present a project Level: Pre-Intermediate Target vocabulary: travelling and holiday, strong (opinion) adjectives. Grammar: Past Simple, parts of speech, imperatives. Age of students: (14) 15 – 17. Types of activities: individual / pair work / small group / whole class You may use just some of presented activities or the whole pack. In this case, it’ll take you about three 40-minute lessons.
