I have written this Christmas story to use as a listening activity, but you could also adapt it for reading if you prefer. It has a seasonal theme, but aimed at adults and young people rather than children. As well as the text, it includes comprehension questions, gap-fill, lexis/grammar/word formation, and a speaking task based on recall. Hope you find it useful!
