This worksheet was created to be done with students who are keen on the Simpsons and who will not only demonstrate all along the activity how much they know about the t.v. program's characters but also will study and practice the use of comparative adjectives. The worksheet contains three battles, each one of two characters who are to be compared both in physical appearance and personality. A way to apply this activity in the classroom is giving out each battle to a different student and asking him/her to solve it individually. Eventually, the teacher will ask students to write their comparisons up on the board. Therefore, they will debate not only about their statements but also about the rules for the use of the comparative form.
