Hey, how do I download it?
This is a warmer, and there is nothing to download. It's just an idea for your lesson, not a worksheet.
I use this warmer with adults who are at Pre-Intermediate level. On a separate piece of paper, each student writes his/her problem or trouble they have. Then I ask them to rumple the paper and throw it into the garbage. This will cheer them up and concentrate on the lesson.
