These flashcards can be used for learning English vowel sounds. It is better to cut them out by one piece. For individual lessons the tasks can be: listen and repeat, name the sound, find pairs (short and long), find diphthongs. You can play a game "Who knows more words with sound "i:" etc, naming the words in turn.
