Some exercises to practise past simple and continuous. Could be used in the classroom or given as a homework assignment. It's completely editable, so you may adapt it to meet your needs. In the first ex. students have to put the given verbs in the correct places using the past simple. In the second ex. they have to form the past simple questions. The third ex. deals with past continuous, students form the questions, ask their friends to answer them, and writes their answers. In ex.4 students have to finish sentences using past continuous.
