Have used this for my elementary school grade 5 and 6 students of very mixed English ability . On this worksheet I provided the questions but depending on level these could be left off. Brainstorm possible answers to the "me" questions first.
Have found this type of activity gives everyone a chance to speak. Students can report back on their results at the end. Having points included (and a small something for the winner if you choose to) is an extra incentive to complete the sheet.
