Present Simple and Past Simple: Questions with no Auxiliary
Students have big problems with knowing when to drop 'do' from present (and past) simple questions.
For example: Which costs more, A or B? (Not: Which does cost more?)

The worksheet lays out simple guidelines and a short practice activity for making questions focusing on subjects and objects, both with and without 'DO'.
