I Wish/ If Only Presentation with Exercises
This is a presentation of the usage and structure of "I wish/If only". After the introduction of each structure, say, I wish + past simple, there is a picture followed by 3 sentences to complete followed by the sentences completed for the more visual and or not so good at listening or spelling learners. Afterwards, there is a broader explanation (slides 14 and 15), especially about seemingly exceptions, which you can skip. Then, there is an exercise which consists of a series of sentences for students to complete. Finally, the last slide is the answer key to the previous exercise (8 sentences). I would use it with upper-intermediate (B2 from ECLF) students or even some advanced learners or official exam takers if they needed a revision at some point in their learning.
