What's in Your House?
This board game aims at revising furniture vocabulary (bed, bath, lamp, chair, armchair, sofa, table, bookcase, vase) and colours (white, black, red, green, blue, purple, brown, pink, yellow). Explain your students that they've just moved to a new place and need to get some furniture. Throw the dice (I use a handmade one with maximum three dots), move your counter, name the furniture (e.g. (a) pink bath) and tick it on your furniture card. If you reach "choose what you need" square, that means you can tick any piece of furniture you would like to. The winner is the one who has the best- or most practically-furnished house. The game is for 2-4 players.
