Months in Japan
This is an "interviewing game" that accompanies the elementary English textbook for 6th graders in Japan called "Hi Friends 2". The pictures used are the same as the ones in the textbook which describes a different event that happens each month in Japan. For example, March is represented by "Hinamatsuri" (a.k.a. Girls' Day), and April is represented by the beginning of school. There are four "cards" that can be made: A, B, C and D. Each student in class gets either an A/B/C/D card. They have to find another classmate that has a different card than theirs and ask "What month is (Setsubun)?" to get the correct answer from their classmate and complete their months card. The activity ends when each student has completed their card with the twelve months.
