This is a two-page reading and video worksheet targeted at Upper-Intermediate and Advanced students. Before reading the article the teacher encourages the students to talk about dairy products, the toxic chemicals dairy products may contain, food contamination and its consequences. The students read the article and discuss the issue it raises. The teacher directs the students to the video that complements the article following which the students role-play the situation based on the article and the video.
