This is a great way to talk about jobs and job benefits without it getting too boring! First we talked about what each persons "best" job would be and then we discussed the background to the text. After the reading and the exercises, if you have time, you can show the "winner" video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnosVJfDrpY and ask what qualities the winner has and why they think he won. Afterwards I made my students prepare a 1 min presentation as if they were applying. It's also a good way to practice conditionals: If I could do any job...etc
