Here is a template wherein a student (or the teacher) can record the type of grammatical errors that the student has made in his/her composition(s). This will enable the teacher to clarify the specific areas of grammar that are unclear to the student. It will also provide the student with a record of the type of errors that he/she needs to watch out for while proofreading and self-editing.
