Reading and Writing Collaborative Activity Using Sticky Notes
This is a worksheet to get students thinking about what they read and write on a daily basis. It is particularly useful for students who claim they never read by getting them to explore what they do read e.g. bus timetables. It can also be used to explore what students do write e.g. text messages. The idea is that the students explore together and collaborate on producing a mini-presentation. You will need a pack of sticky notes, fibre tip pens, A3 paper and some tak to stick the results on a wall.
