This is a great dialogue worksheet for learners who have difficulty learning some grammar topics such as past simple, past continuous and past perfect. This worksheet is not suitable for young learners since it includes some violence in it. First, the worksheets are distributed to the class. Two of the students are chosen to come and act the roles. During the role play, some comprehension questions might be asked. After the role play, students can write their own detective-suspect story to improve their creative writing skills.
*Note the script contains a few errors. Challenge students to find and correct the errors before completing the role play to enhance the lesson.
