Relative Pronouns Battleship
The objective of the game is to use the target language (relative pronouns) to form the Qs provided in order to find and "sink" their "enemy's" battleship. Ss draw their battleships between 3 to 4 squares horizontally, vertically or diagonally. In turns they ask qs to spot their enemy's ship, e.g., 3a: "Do you know an animal whose baby lives in a pocket?". If they have a battleship in this location, they answer "A kangaroo is an animal whose baby..."; if they don't have a battleship there. Alternative, they answer: "I don't know an animal whose baby...". Or they can answer yes/no to keep it simpler and quicker. Make sure your ss understand it is not a general knowledge game (answers are provided) but yes/no relates to the location of the ships.
