The activity (which is basically just one slide) is aimed at helping your students to figure out parts of speech in the text. The words in red are non-existent, thus you can use this activity even with advanced students challenging them to explain what the words might mean and what parts of speech they are (don't forget to ask them to justify their answers). Afterwards you can summarize the features of each part of speech (e.g. adjectives usually go before nouns and describe people or objects etc).
