This is a worksheet to get students familiar with using comparatives in sentences and to make them think about opposite comparatives. It can also be used to revise comparatives too. This worksheet includes gap-fill activities, building your own sentences, thinking about the opposite words. I’ve used this worksheet for beginners, pre-intermediate and intermediate levels. For intermediate levels you can get them to think of more of their own vocabulary and complex sentences to help them expand their vocabulary. It is a good activity to do after teaching comparatives to ensure the students understood and feel confident enough to use comparatives to make their own sentences and express a situation in English.
