This is a worksheet for practising reported speech. The extract is from the story Ghost in the House. The students are asked to rewrite the extract observing the rules of transformation from direct speech into reported speech ( statements, questions, exclamations and invitations). The teacher also draws the students' attention to the use of reporting verbs (say, tell, ask, wonder, etc.).
