This is a listening exercise to be used in a class about tourism, ecotourism, but also poverty, travelling, different cultures... I let my students watch each half of the video 2 or 3 times without stopping. They take notes as they listen. I used this as a conclusion after working on a text about ecotourism, but you can also use it as an introduction to the topic.
