This is a chart where some irregular verbs are grouped according to the way they change. As it is a bit tricky for student to learn verbs in alphabetical order, I usually suggest my students to read the chart on their books and look for similarities between verbs, then they must feel free to learn them by grouping or just going over them as the book suggests. The focus, anyway, must be on their own way to face them. It is important to me not to oblige them in doing that, but just whisper a strategy to help their memory. Therefore I usually ask for a thorough analysis of the chart on the book, only after they fit in the method, I show them my chart and then make them practice by erasing some of the items on the new chart.
