This document contains two worksheets to work on the form of the simple present tense. The first worksheet has two parts: - One where students have to complete the conjugation of the verb to work in the Present Simple - Another where students have to fill in the spelling rules for the -s in the third person singular The second worksheet consists of a mini-worksheet where students have to apply what they have learned from the spelling rules on some 18 different verbs.
TIP:For EFL students with a low level of language competence, it's a good idea to translate the spelling rules.
