I'd strongly advise against showing the video clip to a group of teens because it shows drugs and other non PC stuff. However, the song is fine, and this worksheet is intended for that age group. To be used with Blink 182's song "First Date", the worksheet spurs a discussion on the topic of dating and encourages recycling of the functions of giving advice, describing people, agreeing and disagreeing, all of which had been topics of my group's course, but I hope it can be useful for you, too.
