January 31st is a backwards day: you can use these cards (after cutting and pasting them on a cardboard sheet) to review opposites in a funny way. Then you can read the story to indroduce or talk about the present perfect progressive (the story is based on the book Princess Backwards) or as a starter for a discussion on what it means to be different. My students had a lot of fun.
