Reading Dreams
This worksheet deals with the topic of dreams. It does not focus on any grammatical aspect in particular. It consists of a fill-in the blanks listening about analyzing dreams that I adapted from http://www.breakingnewsenglish.com/1304/130408-dreams.html. After that, there is a synonyms exercise to work on the vocabulary from the listening. Task 3 is an oral discussion about general issues concerning dreams. Task 4 is an activity where students ask each other what their commonest dreams are and how often they have them. Finally, task #5 is a role play between a psychologist and the patient where the latter tells the former about a recurrent dream. The doctor interprets the dreams and gives the patient some advice. I think this is a very complete worksheet and it works great with students of an intermediante/advanced level of English. The link to the listening has been provided above. Hope it's useful!
