This is a form that students can use to evaluate their own performance in a group discussion. It can be used from pre-intermediate onwards but is best suited for intermediate and above. It would help for students to first self-evaluate before a GD on how they think they generally perform (i.e. rate their past performance) and then do so again after the GD. This can be followed by peer and/or teacher feedback.
