Every year I start teaching English in a different school where I have no information about what my students know. ESL books come with a very boring diagnostic test and this gives the students the idea that the lessons are going to be like that. One day, while I was meditating I had this idea: why not asking the students about themselves, their likes and a couple of basic English items? I told this idea to my best work collegue Alicia and she came to me with two different worksheets that I have united into one. I hope you find it useful.
