This is a Legal English exam paper covering International Business Law for first semester students studying Legal English at a University. This paper covers the normal syllabus in Germany for foreign students. The exam paper tests the students' knowledge of legal terms and definitions, parts of criminal and civil law as well as essay writing. All aspects of the English grammar and tenses are also tested through their writing skills.
