This is a game I often use with my students, and it works well every time. The file contains two pages, one with pictures of ten famous cities and the other with short ad-like descriptions of them -which must all be cut into cards to form a set of matching pictures and descriptions (making 5 sets or more is advisable if you have a large class). Here's what I usually do with it: I split the class into groups of 4 or 5 students, and I give each group a set of cards. I then tell students to discuss in their groups and match each picture to the right description of the city. After they're done, I check their answers and ask each group to choose their favorite city from the set and defend their choice based on what they've just read on the cards and their own personal opinions.
