A word search to practice descriptive adjectives for pre-intermediate students, used as a revision after a module on how to talk about feelings. I started by asking students what they were afraid of and elicited answers, then first activity used a few texts of frightening situations and students predicted how the people felt. Then I used some simple pictures of people to illustrate different feelings and the corresponding adjective underneath, students wrote an example sentence with each to help them remember the words.
