I've just turned one of my favorite songs into a worksheet to practice the present perfect tense... I haven't used it yet but I'll try it on my next class. I would first have ss read the lyrics and discuss unknown vocabulary Then ss listen to the song and complete the exercises which are fill the gaps, provide the past participle fot the underlined verbs and put the lyrics in order. The last exercise is a question. I'd give ss time to think about the answer, to share their thoughts with a classmate, then with a group and finally whole class discussion may follow
