This simple worksheet revises the vocabulary flour, sugar, eggs, chocolate, butter and milk in a gapfill exercise, then the students have to cut up and order the instructions (they could glue them on the back of the top half). It is designed to be used after teaching the relevant vocabulary and I gave it to the students to complete while the cake we baked was cooking in the oven.
Teacher's notes: I have kept the ingredients very simple but the flour needs to be self-raising and the butter melted. I have also put chocolate when I mean cocoa powder and removed the ingredient 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract because I didn't have any! You can, of course, change it if you want it to be more detailed.
