This worksheet will help students practice two phrases used to express prohibition. These two phrases are: "to be allowed to" and "to be forbidden to ". As they are quite common, it is useful to know how to use them and correctly write them. These phrases are interchangeable, so in order for the student to know which one to use in order to fill in the gaps, they will have to look at the lines provided. Only one word is to be written on any line.
