This nutrition worksheet is called 'Food for Fitness' and was kindly provided by Scholastic and MyPyramid.gov (can also be downloaded from their websites). It is a two-page worksheet that consists of a text about kids and their eating habits, and a chart for filling in based on what foods the students have encountered in the text. After they have put all the meals into the correct food categories on the chart, they are offered to answer a few questions about what each kid from the text eats for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The worksheet also encourages students to list and classify the foods they eat in one day on a spare page. The last page of the worksheet lists all the correct answers for the teacher.
