This basic nutrition worksheet is called My Daily Diet (it was kindly provided by Scholastic and MyPyramid.gov, and can also be downloaded from their website. It is a one-pager for filling in the blank fields and coloring that you can print out and ask the kids to record what they ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. This worksheet also suggests to indicate how many servings they ate from each of the food groups based on the meals they recently had. It is a fun way for kids to analyze their menus and to understand why they need certain foods more than others.
