This is another MyPyramid series worksheet, called 'Nutrition Worksheet: Check how you did yesterday and set a goal to aim for tomorrow'. It was kindly presented by 'Scholastic' and 'MyPyramid.gov', and can be downloaded from their website. It is a neatly laid out table with clear instuctions that you can print out for either kids or adults and ask them to fill it in, based on which food choices they made the day before and what aim they would like to reach in the nearest future. It suggests to indicate what was consumed from each of the food groups on the previous day for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, and encourages to plan a better nutrition pattern for the following day. The table also asks to mention what physical activity was used and gives an opportunity to think of a healthier way to spend the leisure time.
