This presentation is designed to explain and practice BE/GET USED TO and USED TO/WOULD. It has two short exercises after the explanation. There's also a task on listening to a song "Somebody that I used to know", filling in the gaps (you can find them on this website as well) and then making up sentences about the events described in the song.
