This is a 2-page activity. On the first page, there's a grammar focus on the main difference between how much and how many together with questions to complete the gaps using them. Teacher might want to use this exercise as a Speaking Activity, so there is a useful language box with possible answers for students. On the second page, this is, in fact, the Speaking Acitivity. Students try to find 6 differences in the pictures using How much or How many as required by the model question.
